Day 1: Hanoi – Lang Son – Quang Uyen ~ 290km (L/D)

Morning activities:

Our guide and our car will pick you up at your hotel, then move to Lang Son. We'll push Toward Vietnam and China border about 3 hours, the stopover in Chi Lang - 20 km long arrangement is made from a narrow valley between two hills. Afternoon activities:

After lunch at a neighborhood Restaurant in Dong Dang, keep your journey in transit when you visit the Temple of Our Lady and Dong Khe - story website at which the Battle of Dong Khe was scrapped throughout the second World war.

The battle took place in Dong Khe, in the Province of Tonkin, during Sept and October 1950, finishing with the Viet Minh victory. Tonight, you've dinner and stay overnight in the homestay of the Nung family in Quang Uyen.

Ban Gioc Waterfall

Day 2: Cao Bang – Ban Gioc Waterfall – Ba Be Lake ~ 260km (B/L/D)

Morning activities:

After breakfast in the homestay, you'll depart to Trung Khanh that lies on the border with China. This you'll have the opportunity to meet the Nung individuals in the village of Phuoc Sen. The village famous for its traditional blacksmith handicraft. The farming tools made here are a necessary part of the lifestyle that's evident in the surrounding rice paddies fields.

Located in among these amazing landscapes is the spectacular Ban Gioc Waterfall. Which spans over 300 meters, half Vietnam and half of China. You'll have time to soak up the strong atmosphere of the drops and take some fantastic pictures. Before heading into another natural wonder of Nguom Ngao Cave. This cave stretches out 2,144 meters underground and is filled up with incredible stalactites and stalagmites.

Afternoon activities:

You'll then make your way to return Cao Bang City after lunch at the local food stall. Then going down on serpent go to Ba Be Lake.

Tonight, you'll remain overnight on the conventional homestay with Tay ethnic family. In the homestay, you can unwind and relax from the day and revel in homemade cooked local food.

Ba Be Lake

Day 3: Ba Be Lake – Hanoi ~ 234km (B/L)

Morning activities:

After breakfast at homestay then we do the boat trip on Ba Be Lake where you can unwind on board, do some wild drops or if you have to cool down. You can jump in the cool, clean waters for a refreshing swim. As you swim at Ba Be Lake, you may take in the scene of the surrounding limestone mountain decorated with spots of vegetation and inhabited by all kinds of interesting creatures.

The boat ride on the Nang River, with time to explore the magnificent Ba Be Lake, the caves of Puong Grotto at which you can learn more about the stalactites and stalagmites that are a result of the erosion of the river on the karst. Before getting on a car for driving back to Hanoi before lunch.

Afternoon activities:

We will have lunch on the way back to Hanoi at the local restaurant. Also from Ba Be lake to Hanoi, we will pass the Thai Nguyen province. Where is very famous for green tea plantation in Vietnam. Our tour will finish in Hanoi at around 19.00 pm.
