Let start the Hue Food Tour by cyclo from your hotel and passing through tranquil streets with cross over the historic Trang Tien Bridge which is the symbol of Hue city.

First, you will visit Dong Ba market (crowded until 18.00 pm) - The biggest one of Hue where you can see all ingredients and everything for Hue people needed. Here is the chance for exploring the local life business. After that, you continue on cyclo along busy streets and river to discover the beauties of the city and then continue to inside the Citadel, cyclo rider takes you through Royal Palace Surrounding and takes beautiful pictures.

During the tour, you will stop many famous street food stalls to taste and enjoy Hue local food like real local people. There are many foods for you to try and taste such as Hue Pancake (banh khoai), Hue beef vermicelli soup (bun bo Hue), Filtered tapioca dumplings (banh bot loc), literally water fern cake (banh beo), steamed shrimp rice cake (banh nam), Sticky rice dumplings on a fried dumpling (banh ram it), etc.
