Detail Itinerary
Day 1: Hanoi Arrival
Today, you’ll land in Hanoi. Warmly welcomed at the airport then transfer to Hanoi Downtown, a city of lakes, shaded boulevards, public parks, and the capital of Vietnam. Check into your hotel. Stay overnight in Hanoi.
Day 2: Hanoi City tour (B, L)
Today, we have a full day to explore Vietnam’s charming capital. The city tour will take you to Hanoi’s key sites: Ho Chi Minh Complex (Ho Chi Minh's Mausoleum and stilt house); Presidential Palace; nearby One Pillar Pagoda; Old Quarter; Temple of Literature; and the Ethnology Museum). End of this tour, you have a chance to enjoy a traditional Water Puppet Show.
Overnight in Hanoi.
Day 3: Hanoi – Halong Bay Cruise (B, L, D)
08.00 – 08.30: After breakfast, car pick you up at your hotel and start the HAPPY CLIENTS e scenic 3.5-hour drive to Halong Bay.
12.00 – 12.30: Embark on Cruise, followed by a short cruise briefing
13.00 – 15.30: Have a delectable lunch in Cruises while cruising among the limestone islands.
15.30 – 16.30: Kayak among the hidden areas of the bay, around the Luon Cave area.
16.30: Back to the Cruise.
16.30 – 17.30: Cruise to Soi Sim island for swimming and relaxing at the beach or climb up to the top of the island for a panorama view of Halong Bay.
17.30: Return to the main boat for a shower. Relax or snap photos of the sunset.
19.00: Dinner is served. After that, you are free to socialize with other guests, fish for squid, or just laze around. Overnight on board.
Day 4: Halong – Hanoi – Flight to Danang – Hoi An (B, L)
06.30 – 07.00: Start your day with Tai Chi exercises or a photo hunt
07.30 – 08.30: Have to breakfast at sunrise.
08h30 – 09.30: Explore the amazing Sung Sot Cave – the nicest cave in Halong Bay.
09.30: Return to the boat. Freshen up and check out of your cabin.
09.30 – 10.30: Continue your cruise exploring the Bay, passing Ba Hang fishing village to see the life of fishermen; Dog Islet and more…
10.30 – 11.30: While heading back to the harbor, watch a cooking demonstration before enjoying a traditional Vietnamese lunch.
12.00: Disembark Cruise
12.30: Transfer back to Hanoi.
16.30 – 17.00: Come to Hanoi and prepare for transfer to Noi Bai airport for flight to Danang. Then, transfer to Hoi An. Overnight in Hoi An
Day 5: Hoi An – My Son Holly Land (B, L)
This morning, we will drive to visit My Son where was an imperial city during the Cham dynasty. My Son Sanctuary is a large complex of religious relics that comprises more than 70 architectural works. You can admire the ancient architecture of temples and towers connected to each other with complicated red brick.
Afternoon, we will start walking tour around the ancient town to visit Japanese Covered Bridge, Pottery Museum, Tan Ky old house, Cantonese congregation, the silk street of Hoi An, temples and pagodas of Chinese appearance.
Overnight in Hoi An.
Day 6: Hoi An – Da Nang – Flight to Ho Chi Minh City (B)
The day is free until transferring to Danang and take a flight to Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon). Here you’ll see the hustle and bustle of Vietnamese life everywhere. Yet within this teeming metropolis are 300 years of timeless traditions and the beauty of an ancient culture. Pick up from the airport then transfer to hotel & check-in.
Overnight in Ho Chi Minh City.
Day 7: Ho Chi Minh City Tour – Cu Chi tunnel (B, L)
This morning enjoy a city tour that includes the Reunification Hall, formerly known as the Presidential Palace. This fascinating building is filled with history still fresh in the minds of many. The tour also includes the Old Post Office, the Notre Dame Cathedral.
Afternoon, we visit the Cu Chi Tunnels, the incredible network of tunnels that once stretched for 210 miles. This underground complex was built by guerilla fighters beginning in 1940 and construction continued throughout the Vietnam War.
Overnight in Ho Chi Minh City.
Day 8: Ho Chi Minh City Departure (B)
Today, you are free for leisure & shopping until transfer to Airport for departure. Goodbye & see you in the next time!
